OK so this one of the most unique Orange Vehicles ever displayed on the BOVB and we have Darcy in Jacksonville to thank for that. If I'm guessing, this was taken during a recent parade in Jacksonville, Fla. -- maybe on MLK Day? Whenever it was, a great catch!
